President



Mike oversees all day-to-day operations of the company. In addition to ensuring that quality and customer service are our priorities, he’s instrumental in ensuring that Royster’s Machine Shop stays on the cutting edge of tooling technology.

Robert S. Royster
Vice President



Robert oversees our billing and purchasing functions. And, as our businesses operate firmly in the 21st century, he also maintains our computer network.

John Kloke
Vice President of Operations

John maintains direct relationships with customers and directly communicates all needs and concerns to floor personnel. He’s committed to promoting an environment that accentuates quality and customer service.

Cody Royster
Production Manager

Cody Royster handles all aspects of scheduling for machines and personnel. He also assembles and submits quotes to customers.

Quality Manager

Doug maintains our ISO 9001:2008 quality system. His efforts are essential in ensuring that we always meet our commitment to providing the highest quality.

Office Manager



Anita brings extensive experience and finely-honed skills to her position as Office Manager. She’s responsible for ensuring the timely and orderly flow of work.

Accounts Receivable

Sandy excels in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our customer invoicing. She’s committed to helping answer any questions about billing and to quickly resolving any concerns.

Dana Royster
Royster Real Estate Property Manager

Dana oversees our various facilities, ably dealing with any lessee questions or concerns, and ensuring the integrity and safety of the facilities we operate.

Collin Royster
Process Manager

Collin takes care of programming for all of our CNC machinery. He also assists with quoting and purchasing of tooling for new projects.

David Dixon
Floor Supervisor

David handles all incoming and outgoing parts from our facility as well as keeping track of our inventory of customer product.

Kellee Martin
Accounts Payable

Kellee deals extensively with our vendors, ensuring timely and accurate payment for materials and services.
